Do you need service & support?
Our service desk will connect you with the local repair specialist. For non-warranty appliances, we have partnership with several repair companies, so we are able to refer you to an entire service department of experts.
As for under warranty products: our team will follow up with the customer and the related company. The companies most of the time takes 48 working hours to fix any falure.
We offer extended service plan for our purchased items after the manufacture warranty runs out, as repairing and ordering spare parts.
Installation & Delivery
We will deliver & install all free standing appliances (normal installation) free of charge. We also have professional installation available on all built in appliances. (Fee varies on work needed).
Usually the delivery will be in the next day on all available merchandise.
Our team will call you to confirm the timing of the delivery along with the address.
